Neemrana Scholarship

The Neemrana Scholarship is provided by the Neemrana Music Foundation in New Delhi and the French Embassy in India. They offer two scholarships to Indian students (musicians) interested in learning western classical music. The selected candidates are trained in prestigious music schools in France. 

The scholarship is offered for a duration of 11 months (September - July). It can be renewed for another year. 

The applicant must:

• be an Indian citizen
• have a high level of expertise in Western classical music
• not be more than 30 years old

• Attested scanned copies of certificates for the studies undertaken (XIIth onwards)

• Reference letters

Based on the application, a representative of the University cooperation sector of the Embassy of France and the Neemrana Music Foundation conduct a personal interview with the pre-selected candidates.
